Interested to explore the spread betting market but not very sure about it do you have any methods that would be a useful way to start without too much complication

Hi I just want to say I appreciate your site and all the free info and advice but something I have struggled with and I am sure it is the biggest problem for so many budding pro gamblers is STAKING. I would really appreciate advice on this area as I am convinced it is the only weak side to my activities and why some may profit while others do not (even with same info) I have the discipline I believe to be necessary but what I do not have is a good enough idea of the staking needed to best exploit winning runs and minimise losses in bad cycles to help maximise profits and protect my bank. I know (of)many gamblers who are just notl willing to give out this kind of advice and one reason I have personally been told is that, as everybody bets at different levels so it is impossible to advise but I disagree, Surely advice on best strategy ie percentage of bank or level stakes etc can be given ? please what is your take on this and what method do you employ or recommend if any ?
Thanks for your comment Paul. I see no reason not to advise on this. Staking is up to the individual but I can certainly let you know what I do and you can base your own decisions on that. I will post on this in the near future.
